Acceptance of our Tenancy Agreement is required prior to a stay at Karri Tree Cottage. All guests and visitors have unrestricted and unsupervised access to the entire house and property and it is necessary to protect the interests of the owners and also to ensure the health and safety of our guests. A security bond of between $100 – $200 is required and an additional $100 is payable as a pet bond. All security bonds are refunded within 2 days of the end of your stay.
